Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 90,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident, energetic, and media-friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) + Media Presenter to join our team.
This hybrid role involves handling customer inquiries professionally while also appearing on digital platforms such as Amazon Live, TikTok, and other social media channels to present and promote our products.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and the ability to engage customers both through calls/chat and live video sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain customer records and follow up where necessary.

Media & Presentation Duties:

• Host live product demonstrations on platforms like Amazon Live, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Present product features clearly, confidently, and engagingly on camera.
• Interact with live audiences, answer questions, and promote products effectively.
• Work closely with the marketing/content team to plan and execute live sessions and media content.
• Maintain a professional and brand-aligned on-screen appearance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication, customer handling, and presentation skills.
• Confident in front of the camera and comfortable with live-streaming.
• Ability to multitask between customer service and media-related activities.
• Experience in CSR, sales, or media presentation is a plus (but not mandatory).
• Tech-savvy and familiar with social media/live-streaming tools.
