Media Sales Assistant

Job Description:

• Support the Media Sales Manager in coordinating client meetings, preparing proposals, and managing advertising slot schedules on the hotel’s LED screen.
• Handle customer communication, collect creative material, and ensure timely uploading and playback of ads.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, contracts, budgets, and campaign timelines for internal tracking.
• Capture and share proof-of-play photos/videos with clients and assist in resolving any playback or scheduling issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
