Geekery is India’s first-of-its-kind tech-focused media agency, specialising in corporate AVs, branding content, and strategic visual communication for enterprise and emerging tech businesses. Recognised under the Startup India initiative by DPIIT, we combine storytelling with technical precision to help businesses communicate complex innovations with clarity and confidence.

We serve high-growth startups, SaaS/AIaaS companies, AI/ML product firms, and cloud/cybersecurity enterprises, among others, across India. As we scale our operations, we’re looking for a dynamic Media Sales Executive who understands (or is keen to understand) the language of tech and can identify, engage, and close high-potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B media sales by selling corporate AV, branding, and communication services to tech businesses.
  • Generate leads through cold outreach, referrals, online research, and networking.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Set up client meetings, deliver presentations, and confidently pitch services aligned to client needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client documentation, and lead tracking using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to scope solutions for client requirements.
  • Upsell and cross-sell value-added services, frameworks, or IP-driven offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in Ad/Media Sales (mandatory).
  • Mumbai-based and willing to travel within Mumbai for client meetings (travel as per need).
  • Must own a personal laptop and be comfortable with remote collaboration tools.
  • Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of new-age technologies (SaaS, AI, Cloud, etc.), or willing to quickly learn.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to open doors through cold outreach and independently manage lead cycles.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, startup-led creative environment.

Work Model & Benefits:

  • Hybrid Role: Remote with in-person meetings/client visits within Mumbai as required.
  • Sales Incentives & Commissions: Incentive structures and upselling commissions applicable post-probation.

Salary:

Based on Last Drawn + Sales Incentives + Commissions on Upsells

Note: Sales incentives and commissions will be applicable upon successful completion of the probation period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
