Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive (Media Sales) with strong experience in magazine sales, advertisement sales, and media partnerships. The ideal candidate should have an established network of advertisers and agencies and the ability to drive revenue through print, digital, and event-based media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell print and digital advertisement spaces in magazines and online platforms
  • Generate revenue through media sales, ad sales, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients
  • Identify new business opportunities across industrial, B2B, and brand advertisers
  • Pitch customized advertising solutions (print ads, digital banners, social media, event branding)
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with editorial, marketing, and design teams for ad execution
  • Manage client negotiations, rate cards, and closures
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings for lead generation
  • Maintain sales reports, pipeline updates, and CRM records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in media sales / advertisement sales / magazine sales
  • Strong understanding of print media, digital media, and ad sales models
  • Existing network of advertisers, agencies, and decision-makers is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in the field and travel across Delhi–NCR

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with B2B magazines, industrial publications, or business media
  • Knowledge of digital advertising and branded content sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
