• Insurance Verification: Confirm patient eligibility, benefits, and coverage details.
• Claims Management: Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims; handle denials and appeals.
• Patient Support: Explain policies, benefits, and billing to patients; assist with forms.
• Provider Coordination: Liaise with insurance companies and healthcare providers to resolve discrepancies.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate patient and policy records.
• Billing & Coding: Ensure accurate service coding and billing.
• Compliance: Stay updated on regulations and internal guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
