Medical Administrator

• Staff and Program Management: Hire, train, and supervise medical staff, create work schedules, and oversee medical programs.
• Financial Oversight: Manage facility budgets, track spending, and handle billing and financial reporting.
• Operational Efficiency: Improve facility efficiency, coordinate services, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure the facility complies with all laws and regulations and maintain high standards of medical care.
• Communication and Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between staff, physicians, nurses, patients, and the board of directors.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement new policies and programs, and contribute to the overall strategic planning of health services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
