Body Contouring Specialist (Sales-Driven)

We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Body Contouring Specialist to join our growing med spa team. This role is primarily focused on performing non-invasive body contouring treatments and converting consultations into customized treatment packages. An active Esthetician License is required to support occasional chemical peels and microneedling; however, body contouring and sales performance are the core responsibilities of this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform body contouring treatments such as CoolSculpting, EMSCULPT NEO, and EMSELLA.
• Lead consultations with a strong sales mindset and confidently recommend treatment plans and packages.
• Drive revenue through consultation conversion, package sales, and client retention.
• Provide a high-end, personalized client experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform chemical peels and microneedling as needed, within scope of licensure.

Requirements

• Active Esthetician License (required).
• Sales-driven, confident, and comfortable discussing pricing and treatment plans.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
