Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments.
• Recommend suitable treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Manage client appointments efficiently.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care to enhance results and foster ongoing relationships.
• Engage in retail sales by demonstrating products during demos and upselling appropriate skincare solutions to maximize client benefits.
• Manage social media platforms to promote services, share success stories, and attract new clients through targeted content management.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure exceptional guest services and uphold the clinic’s reputation for excellence.

Skills

• Knowledge of cosmetology practices like laser therapy.
• Management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations at the front desk and support team members effectively.

• Deep understanding of sanitation protocols necessary for medical aesthetics environments.
• Ability to perform specialized procedures such as tattooing, hair extensions, hair styling, makeup application, and straight razor shaving is advantageous.
• Experience in retail sales strategies including product demos and upselling techniques to enhance revenue streams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
