Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed, experienced esthetician who is passionate about skincare and confident in performing advanced aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate is polished, knowledgeable, and motivated to build and maintain a loyal patient base.

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Esthetician License (required)
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in a spa or medical spa setting
• Experience with medical-grade skincare and corrective treatments
• Proficient in chemical peels, dermaplaning, and advanced facials
• Experience with DiamondGlow® and Glo2Facial preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredient education
• Excellent consultation and patient communication skills
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Perform customized facials and advanced treatments including:
• Chemical peels
• DiamondGlow® treatments
• Glo2Facial treatments
• Dermaplaning and corrective facials
• Conduct in-depth skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients on at-home skincare and product recommendations
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
• Ensure treatment rooms meet cleanliness and safety standards
• Drive retail sales and contribute to overall spa growth
• Deliver a high-end, luxury patient experience
