Medical Aesthetician - Director of Med Spa Services

Job Summary
A new physician-led aesthetic practice is opening in Sandy Springs under the leadership of an award-winning plastic surgeon recognized as Top Plastic Surgeon in Cobb County (March 2025) and Top Plastic Surgeon in Atlanta (November 2025).

We are building a modern Med Spa from the ground up and are seeking an experienced Licensed Aesthetician to serve as Director of Med Spa Services. This role is ideal for someone who wants to help shape a new practice, influence service offerings, and grow alongside the business.

The Director of Med Spa Services will lead the development and delivery of non-surgical aesthetic services while helping establish the culture, brand presence, and patient experience of the Med Spa. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly skilled in aesthetics, and excited about building a thriving practice from day one.

Work/life balance will be an important focus as the surgeon has young children.

Duties

• Perform aesthetic treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced skincare services including lasers
• Help design and build the Med Spa service menu
• Recommend and help implement skincare product lines
• Oversee daily Med Spa service operations and patient flow
• Train and support additional aesthetic staff as the practice grows
• Assist with marketing initiatives including social media content, patient events, and promotions
• Build strong patient relationships to drive retention and referrals
• Maintain treatment documentation and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with the physician and clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active Georgia Aesthetician License
• Experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery practice preferred
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a new practice
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable participating in marketing, patient education, and brand growth

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000+
• 15% Commission on services and product sales
• Milestone-based bonuses tied to practice growth
