About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical and Dental Coding Trainer to conduct face-to-face and online training sessions. The ideal candidate will help students gain a thorough understanding of medical coding, terminology, and best practices in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging face-to-face training sessions for medical and dental coding students.
• Develop and deliver course content, training materials, and assessments.
• Guide students in medical terminology, anatomy, and coding systems.
• Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in medical coding and training.
• Certification in CPC, CCS, or equivalent (AAPC/AHIMA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Available for immediate joining.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior classroom teaching or training experience.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
