About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Coding Trainer to join our team for conducting face-to-face training sessions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and have in-depth knowledge of medical coding standards including ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face training sessions for students in medical coding.
• Develop and deliver course content, training materials, and assessments.
• Guide students in understanding medical terminology, anatomy, and coding systems.
• Evaluate student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest coding guidelines and industry practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in medical coding and training.
• Certification in CPC, CCS, or equivalent (AAPC/AHIMA preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Available for immediate joining.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior classroom teaching/training experience.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods based on student needs.
