Medical Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Medical Assistant to support the care of long-term patients. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships with patients while providing consistent clinical and administrative support to ensure high-quality, ongoing care.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and document vital signs and patient progress
• Provide ongoing support and care for long-term/chronic condition patients
• Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow-ups
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience working with long-term or chronic care patients
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Basic knowledge of EMR systems
