Overview
Join our healthcare team as a Medical Assistant and play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care in this busy internal medicine practice.

Duties

• Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, updating records, and verifying insurance information using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Measure vital signs including manual blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates with precision and professionalism
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring comfort throughout their visit
• Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment while adhering to safety protocols for infection control and emergency response readiness

Experience

• Previous experience working in medical office setting or outpatient clinics is highly preferred
• Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions is essential for seamless workflow management
• Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding, medication administration, and vital signs measurement is required
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining compassionate patient service
