Medical Assistant

Job Summary:
Busy primary care office seeking an experienced Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our team. This is a fast-paced environment requiring strong clinical skills, efficiency, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection
• Room patients, obtain vitals, and document accurately
• Assist providers with patient care and procedures
• Manage patient flow and support daily clinical operations
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR (eClinicalWorks)
• Ensure compliance with clinical and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomist required
• Proficient with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks experience preferred)
• Strong phlebotomy skills (must be confident and efficient)
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Strong Computer and written skills required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification (CMA, RMA, or Phlebotomy)
• Primary care experience

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
