We are a small, patient‑centered Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is friendly, motivated, and has a genuine heart for people.

Our clinic values meaningful patient relationships, teamwork, and a calm, organized work environment. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently while helping keep daily clinic operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs
• Assist with procedures and clinical workflows
• Support the provider during patient visits
• Help create a welcoming, positive patient experience

Administrative & Office Support

• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
• Answer phone calls, messages, and basic patient inquiries
• Assist with documentation and organization
• Support daily clinic operations and problem‑solve as needed
• Light housekeeping (including help watering our "plant babies")

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (preferred)
• Friendly, caring, and patient‑focused attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Comfortable performing both clinical and administrative tasks
• Reliable, motivated, and adaptable
