Duties

• Assist with patient intake by collecting medical histories, vital signs, and updating electronic health record (EHR) systems accurately.
• Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and understanding of the process.
• Manage medical documentation including ICD coding (International Classification of Diseases) to ensure compliance and billing accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas, sterilize equipment, and assist with inventory management of medical supplies.
• Provide exceptional patient service by answering questions, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring a welcoming environment for diverse patient populations.

Qualifications

• We welcome fresh graduate as well as experienced one.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and ICD coding for accurate documentation.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and medication administration protocols.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
