In this vital role, you will support physicians and healthcare providers by performing clinical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth operations within outpatient, inpatient, and specialized medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure a seamless check-in process
• Measure and record vital signs accurately, including blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature
• Prepare patients for examinations by explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort throughout visits
• Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as medication administration, X-ray procedures, and basic life support when needed
• Maintain detailed documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems,
• Support medical procedures in various specialties including podiatry environments

Experience

• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in medical terminology enhances efficiency in documentation and patient communication
• Hands-on experience with X-ray procedures helpful
• Previous roles involving intake assessments, vital sign collection is helpful

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
