Medical Assistant

Job Overview:
An established family medicine and wellness clinic in downtown Centralia is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our team. We’re focused on providing compassionate, patient-centered care that blends traditional primary care with modern wellness services such as IV hydration, hormone optimization, and preventive health programs. Duties:
The Medical Assistant will support both clinical and administrative operations within the practice. Daily responsibilities include greeting and rooming patients, recording vital signs and medical history, assisting providers with exams and procedures, administering injections, and performing in-office testing. Additional duties include supporting IV therapy and wellness treatments, managing patient messages and refill requests, documenting in the EMR system, maintaining a clean and stocked work area, preparing lab specimens, and ensuring compliance with infection control standards. The position requires strong communication skills and a commitment to providing an exceptional patient experience.

Requirements:

• Active Washington State Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or MA-C)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in family medicine, primary care, urgent care, or IV therapy preferred
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented demeanor
