Medical Assistant

Dynamic Podiatry clinic seeking a Medical assistant to join our healthcare team. All training will be provided. Experience is not necessary.

This is a multifaceted position which will require qualified candidates to be working as a medical assitant as well as being cross trained in medical front desk.

Languages

Candidates must be fluent in English and Russian

Qualification Requirements

• Have a pleasent bedside manner
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills: speaks clearly and legible handwriting
• Dependability
• Ability to work well under pressure

Responsibilities

• Greeting, registering, and gathering patient history and personal info.
• Assist the doctor helping during exams, procedures, wound care.
• Performing basic diagnostic tests
• Prepare examination room
• Create and update patient records
• Updating medical records, documenting visits
• Maintaining inventory, stocking supplies, and ensuring equipment readiness.
• Preparing the mobile unit for fieldwork

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
