We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of patient care, supporting medical providers, assisting with laboratory duties, and managing front desk responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care

• Greet and prepare patients for consultations and treatments
• Assist with medical histories and ensure patient comfort throughout visits
• Deliver a seamless, high-touch concierge experience

Clinical Assistance

• Support medical providers during examinations and procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms and manage medical instruments and supplies
• Assist during in-office treatments and therapies

Laboratory Duties

• Perform basic lab functions, including specimen collection
• Manage lab inventory and supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with safety standards

Front Desk & Administrative Support

• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
• Schedule appointments and handle inbound phone calls
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using EHR systems

Patient Education

• Provide clear instructions on follow-up care, medications, and lifestyle recommendations as directed by the provider

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification preferred
• Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting
• Proficiency with front desk operations, scheduling, and EHR systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
• Interest or experience in sexual health, hormone therapy, weight management, or anti-aging services is a plus
