Medical Assistant

Job Title: Medical Assistant

Location: New York, NY 10065

Shift: Mon - Fri (9 am to 5 pm)

Duration: 3 Months with a high possibility of extension

Pay: $20-24/hr.

Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Medical Assistant to support clinical operations by performing patient care tasks, including vitals, EKGs, and documentation in Epic. Must provide excellent customer service and assist healthcare providers with daily workflow.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Medical Assistant training program (required)
• Medical Assistant Certification (CMA/RMA preferred)
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant (preferred)
• Experience with EKG, vitals, Epic, and strong customer service skills
• BLS - AHA (required)

Education:

• High School diploma or GED (required)
