Digital Frontier is looking for a detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a good working knowledge of medical billing who is looking to build a stable, long-term career in revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day medical billing activities with accuracy, discipline, and adherence to process
• Handle charge entry and intake validation to ensure claims are complete and ready for submission
• Prepare and submit clean claims to insurance companies in a timely manner
• Review and resolve claim rejections , corrections, and resubmissions
• Manage payment posting and reconciliation accurately
• Conduct accounts receivable follow-up to recover outstanding balances efficiently
• Support denials and appeals processes with proper documentation and follow-through
• Maintain accurate notes, billing records, statuses, and updates within the workflow
• Identify billing issues, payer-specific problems, and unresolved blockers early, and escalate them in a timely manner
• Follow company procedures and quality standards to support consistent billing performance and clean record keeping

Candidate Profile:

• 1–2 years of experience in medical billing or revenue cycle management
• Good knowledge of medical billing processes, claim flow, denials, payment posting, and AR follow-up
• Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a structured environment and meet deadlines
• Open to working in line with U.S.-based timings
• Willing to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with the company
