Medical Billing and Coding Specialist

Our medical office is looking for an experienced Medical Biller to join our team. A successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, and will possess excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate for this position is the type that gets excited about the work they are doing, and has a strong awareness of the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assign ICD-10 and CPT codes for OB/GYN services
• Manage global OB (maternity) billing
• Submit claims and follow up on denials
• Post payments and reconcile accounts
• Verify insurance and handle billing inquiries
• Use eClinicalWorks (eCW), including scanning/storing credit cards on file

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
