Medical Billing AR specialists

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven RCM Specialist / Medical Billing Specialist with a strong understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Accounts Receivable (AR) or the complete RCM lifecycle, along with excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, providers, and insurance payers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or assigned AR functions
• Perform insurance verification, charge entry, claim submission, and payment posting
• Follow up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims to ensure timely reimbursement
• Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections efficiently
• Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and internal teams regarding claim status
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to billing and collections
• Meet productivity and AR aging targets

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, AR management, or complete RCM
• Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing processes and insurance guidelines
• Experience with denial management and payer follow-ups
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in medical billing software and EHR/EMR systems

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with multiple specialties and payers
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
