Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Credit Controller to join our team and support the management of our credit and collections processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payment of outstanding customer balances while maintaining positive and professional relationships with our customers. This role involves close coordination with Sales and Customer Service teams to ensure customer accounts remain accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Contact customers to request payments and agree on suitable payment arrangements
• Review and analyze customer payment histories and credit ratings
• Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers unable to pay in full
• Update and maintain accurate customer account information, including contact details and payment terms
• Liaise with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve account-related issues promptly
• Prepare and issue monthly statements and overdue payment notices
• Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts receivable reports
• Respond to customer queries related to billing and payments
• Ensure compliance with relevant credit control laws and regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of credit control and collections practices
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
