Job Description:
As a Medical Billing Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to learn and understand the processes involved in medical billing and coding. You will work closely with experienced billing specialists and healthcare professionals to acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively perform the duties associated with medical billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Training and Education: Participate in training programs and educational sessions to gain an understanding of medical terminology, procedural codes (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), insurance policies, and billing regulations.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter patient demographic information, diagnosis codes, and procedure codes into billing software or electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Claim Submission: Assist in the preparation and submission of insurance claims to various insurance companies, ensuring adherence to billing guidelines and regulations.
• Follow-Up: Learn how to track and follow up on outstanding claims, denials, and unpaid invoices, communicating with insurance companies and patients to resolve any issues.
• Payment Processing: Gain familiarity with posting payments, reconciling accounts, and managing billing inquiries from patients and insurance providers.
• Compliance: Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), to ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with billing standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of billing activities, including claims submitted, payments received, and any correspondence with insurance companies or patients.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Evening/Night Shift (5pm - 3am) PKST
• Five (5) days’ work in a Week (Monday to Friday)
• SATURDAY & SUNDAYs are permanent OFF
• Drop Services ONLY for Females
• Freshers and Females are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs 25,000 - Rs 37,000 per month
