Cold Caller With Medical Billing Experience

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based doctors, clinics, and healthcare providers.
• Present our medical billing, coding, and credentialing services in a clear and professional manner.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate call logs, CRM updates, and follow-up tasks.
• Achieve daily/weekly call and lead-generation targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and strategies for improved conversions.

Requirements

• Proven cold calling or telemarketing experience (medical billing or healthcare industry preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong persuasion and objection-handling ability.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Comfortable working U.S. hours (EST/PST).
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented.
