ISO Management Representative

Position: ISO Coordinator / ISO Officer
Location: Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ISO Coordinator / ISO Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining ISO standards within the organization to ensure compliance with international requirements and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

(ISO Responsibilities)

• Develop, implement, and maintain ISO documentation (policies, SOPs, manuals, records).
• Monitor and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 (and other relevant standards).
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for certification.
• Identify non-conformities, corrective & preventive actions.
• Provide training and awareness sessions for employees regarding ISO standards.
• Support management in continuous improvement initiatives.

(Store & Dispatch Responsibilities)

• Maintain proper record of raw material, finished goods, and consumables.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and audits.
• Oversee dispatch planning and timely delivery of customer orders.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams for material requirements and dispatch schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation for incoming and outgoing goods (GRN, Gate Pass, Delivery Challans, Invoices).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Management / Quality / Industrial preferred).
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ISO documentation and compliance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
