Job Description:
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments or services.
- Contact insurance companies via phone, portals, or email to confirm coverage details.
- Document verified information accurately in the system.
- Identify patient responsibility (copay, deductible, coinsurance) and update records.
- Communicate insurance coverage details to patients and internal departments.
- Coordinate with billing and front-desk teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies in handling patient data.
- Maintain daily reports and track pending verifications.
- Assist in resolving insurance-related issues to prevent claim denials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in healthcare, business, or related field).
- 1–2 years’ experience in medical billing/insurance verification (fresh grads with good communication may also apply).
- Strong knowledge of insurance plans, eligibility, copays, deductibles, coinsurance.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and insurance portals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily verification targets.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
