We are looking for a dedicated and professional Medical Billing Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role requires strong English communication skills and prior experience handling client calls, preferably within the healthcare or medical billing domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls related to medical billing inquiries
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with US-based clients
  • Assist patients and healthcare providers with billing questions, claims status, and account issues
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service or client calling (medical billing experience is a strong plus)
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or billing systems is a plus
