Salary Range: Rs. 85,000 – Rs. 100,000

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end medical billing operations with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage claim submissions, payment posting, rejections, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely resolution of denials and maintain high-quality billing standards.
• Lead and mentor a billing team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in US Medical Billing (RCM).
• Strong knowledge of AR follow-up, charge entry, payment posting, and denials.
• Hands-on experience working with EMR/EHR platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively during night hours.
• Must be available for night shift (6 PM – 2 AM) in our I-8 office.
