We’re Hiring: Medical Billing Executive (US Healthcare)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT)
Work Mode: On-site
Industry: BPO / US Medical Billing & RCM

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Billing Executive to join our growing US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with US insurance billing, claims processing, and AR follow-ups, and will work closely with US payers to ensure timely reimbursements.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits (Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial plans)
• Perform charge entry using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Submit and track claims through clearinghouses
• Handle payment posting (EOBs and ERAs)
• Conduct AR follow-ups with US insurance companies
• Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections
• Reprocess and resubmit corrected claims
• Maintain accurate billing records and reports
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client SOPs
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in US medical billing or RCM
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans
• Experience in AR calling and payer follow-ups
• Ability to interpret EOBs and denial codes
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Ability to work night shifts on-site

• MS Excel or Google Sheets
