Support Representative

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi (Preference for residents of Bahria, DHA, Askari 14, or nearby areas)

Responsibilities

• Communicate with US-based clients (hospitals, clinics, doctors) via portals, phone, and email to resolve issues.
• Work with internal teams to solve client problems and improve software.
• Ensure quality checks for client requests and software updates.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for services like billing, prescriptions, and lab setups.
• Stay informed about medical billing trends and updates.

Qualifications/Skills

• A bachelor's degree (Preferably BBA or Mass Communication) from a reputable university
• Punctuality is a must.
• Good English communication skills are essential.
• Basic understanding of medical billing, reporting, and EDI interchange is a plus.
• Freshies are encouraged to apply
