Job Description:
Atlantis Tech is looking for experienced and detail-oriented Medical Billing Specialists to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end medical billing processes including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up
• Verify patient demographics and insurance details
• Submit electronic claims and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Resolve claim rejections, denials, and underpayments
• Post insurance and patient payments and reconcile accounts
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and meet productivity targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of US Medical Billing / RCM experience
• Strong knowledge of EOBs, CPT/ICD coding, and denial management
• Experience with billing software such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, DrChrono, or Athena (preferred)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
