Job Description

Sequel Technologies is hiring an experienced Medical Billing Team Lead for its sister company, MED AI (Chakwal). The selected candidate will manage and supervise the billing team handling US-based healthcare clients and ensure smooth and efficient billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete medical billing process
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of claims
• Follow up on denied or rejected claims and resolve issues
• Lead, train, and support the billing team
• Monitor billing performance, reports, and revenue metrics
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CPT, and ICD-10 standards
• Handle complex billing issues and escalations
• Improve billing workflows and internal processes
• Maintain SOPs and assist in system updates/testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 5+ years of medical billing experience
• 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of EHR systems, CPT, and ICD-10
• Experience with claims submission, denial management, and insurance follow-ups
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
