Medical Billing Time Sheet Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a Medical Billing Timesheet Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing timesheet processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting payroll operations within the US healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict HIPAA compliance and protection of all PHI.
• Utilize multiple and varied tools to record timesheet in the client system
• Assist payroll processing by validating and submitting approved timesheets.
• Audit timesheets for accuracy, compliance, and client-specific requirements.
• Generating and analyzing payroll and other reports for scheduling, accuracy, and payment.
• Perform additional administrative, operational, or data-related tasks as required to support departmental and company goals.
  
  
  

Qualifications / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree with 3-4-year relevant US Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with home healthcare payroll; HHAeXchange knowledge preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with payroll/billing software.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
• Strong reliability, organization, and ability to work independently.
