Medical Coder

Job Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Medical & Dental Coding Trainer to deliver high-quality training to students pursuing careers in healthcare coding. The trainer will be responsible for teaching coding systems, preparing students for certification exams, and ensuring practical industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver training on Medical Coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) and Dental Coding (CDT)
• Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessments
• Conduct practical sessions and real-case coding exercises
• Prepare students for certification exams (e.g., CPC, CCS)
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback
• Stay updated with industry coding standards and updates

Requirements:

• Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical/dental coding
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and CDT coding systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in training institutes or healthcare organizations
• Knowledge of insurance claims and billing processes

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
