Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Device Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting innovative medical devices to healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will empower you to build strong relationships, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and negotiate effectively to meet sales targets. Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Development and Management: Responsible for business negotiations and relationship maintenance with partners in the U.S. region to achieve annual sales targets.
2. Market Intelligence Gathering: Regularly collect information on competitor activities, industry policies, and customer feedback to inform product iterations and market strategy adjustments.
3. Collaborative Support: Work with the Shenzhen sales team to resolve customer technical issues and coordinate spare parts shipments from the U.S. factory. Organize product demonstrations and clinical training sessions.
4. Adhere to the U.S. company’s HR policies, maintain close communication with the HQ's sales team, and submit regular sales reports to headquarters.
Experience Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of sales experience in the U.S. medical device industry; candidates with experience in intensive care (ICU) or respiratory therapy are preferred. Prior experience at companies such as Aeroge is preferred.
2. Candidates with existing hospital and distributor networks in the U.S. Midwest or nationwide are preferred.
3. In-depth understanding of the respiratory/ICU device market.
4. Excellent business negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
5. Willingness to travel throughout the United States.

Base pay (50 -60k starting) + Commission (0.5 - 1%)
Hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours Wk
