Job Description:

Windchill Demonstrations & Solution Guidance

• Demonstrate Windchill OOTB capabilities using realistic product development scenarios.
• Create demo-ready datasets including parts, BOMs, documents, and change objects.
• Deliver structured demonstrations showcasing core Windchill processes such as:
• Part creation and lifecycle management
• BOM creation and structure management
• Document control and approvals
• Change management workflows
• Develop demo scripts and walkthroughs tailored for engineering, quality, and regulatory teams.

Fit-Gap Analysis

• Lead fit-gap workshops to evaluate business requirements against Windchill capabilities.
• Clearly identify:
• Requirements supported OOTB
• Requirements achievable through configuration
• Requirements requiring customization
• Document findings and provide recommendations with rationale and implementation impact.

Requirements Gathering & Backlog Development

• Conduct discovery workshops to capture business requirements related to:
• Parts and product structures
• BOM management
• Document management
• Change and release processes
• Translate requirements into Agile artifacts including:
• Epics
• Features
• User stories
• Acceptance criteria
• Maintain traceability between requirements, backlog items, and solution design.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Facilitate workshops, playback sessions, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Engineering teams, Quality/Regulatory, Manufacturing, and IT.
• Present findings, process flows, and recommendations to both technical and business audiences.

Leading Practices Advisory

• Recommend Windchill best practices for regulated MedTech environments.
• Guide teams on lifecycle governance, traceability, document control, and change management.
• Evaluate implementation approaches with consideration for validation, maintainability, and upgrade risks.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in PLM programs.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill.
• Strong experience conducting fit-gap analysis and requirements gathering.
• Proven ability to demonstrate Windchill OOTB capabilities to business stakeholders.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and backlog management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Medical Devices / MedTech industry.
• Understanding of regulated product development environments.
• Familiarity with Quality, Regulatory, and Engineering workflows.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
