Job Summary
Angelsys Doc LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Medical Documentation Coordinator to manage, review, and maintain accurate medical records and documentation workflows. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare documentation standards, support clinical teams with record accuracy, and facilitate efficient information management across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the preparation, review, and filing of medical documents and patient records.
- Ensure all medical documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to verify and update patient information in a timely manner.
- Maintain secure electronic medical records (EMR) systems and ensure proper data entry protocols are followed.
- Review clinical notes, reports, and forms for consistency, clarity, and compliance.
- Support audits by organizing and retrieving required documentation efficiently.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive patient information at all times.
- Assist in improving documentation workflows and identifying areas for process optimization.
- Communicate with internal departments to resolve documentation discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Medical Records, Nursing, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in medical documentation, health records management, or hospital administration.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in healthcare facilities, clinics, or medical billing environments.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards and documentation regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
