Patient Relations Officer – Billing Specialist

We are seeking a Patient Relations Officer – Billing Specialist to handle patient billing inquiries, insurance coordination, and ensure accurate billing processes while maintaining excellent patient service.

JOB TITLE: Patient Relations Officer – Billing Specialist

JOB TYPE: Full Time

WORKING HOURS: 08 hours/day

LOCATION: (Doha) Qatar

PAY RANGE: To be discussed

LANGUAGE: English (Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle patient billing inquiries and explain charges clearly
• Coordinate with insurance providers for approvals and claims
• Ensure accurate billing and documentation
• Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies
• Support patient relations activities when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare billing or insurance
• Knowledge of medical billing systems and insurance processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills
