Job Summary: As a Emergency Field Responder at Veer, you will be the physical extension of our service, arriving on-site on a two-wheeler to provide immediate, life-saving care. You are an agile and skilled first responder who can navigate through dense city traffic to reach a crisis location quickly. Your actions in the first few minutes of an emergency can make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond immediately to dispatched emergency calls, navigating through urban traffic on a two-wheeler.
• Arrive at the scene of the emergency and provide high-quality, on-site first aid and basic life support (BLS).
• Assess the patient's condition and take necessary steps to stabilize them before an ambulance arrives.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Emergency Dispatcher and provide real-time updates from the field.
• Handle sensitive and stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
• Maintain all medical equipment and supplies in the emergency kit.
• Occasional night shift duties will be required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
• Certified in First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS) is highly preferred; a willingness to get certified is a must.
• A medical background (e.g., nurse, paramedic, EMT) is a strong advantage.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal two-wheeler.
• Ability to remain calm, think clearly, and act decisively in emergency situations.
• Physical fitness to handle on-field situations.
• Must be living in or willing to relocate to Rajajinagar, Bengaluru.
