Medical Insurance Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day administration of medical insurance for all employees across multiple entities and job categories
Handle additions, deletions, and renewals of insurance policies in coordination with the insurance provider and HR
Track insurance coverage and ensure timely renewals and updates
Liaise with insurance brokers and providers to resolve employee issues, claim rejections, or approvals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records both manually and digitally
Support employees in understanding their medical coverage and assist with documentation for claims
Ensure compliance with UAE health insurance laws and regulations
Coordinate with HR and Payroll to reflect changes in benefits appropriately
Review and verify monthly insurance invoices for accuracy before submitting for payment
Provide reports on insurance coverage, costs, and trends as required
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in medical insurance coordination or HR operations, preferably in a high-volume organization
Proven experience in manual processing of insurance-related tasks and document tracking
Solid knowledge of UAE health insurance laws and regulatory requirements
Strong coordination and vendor management skills
High attention to detail and organizational ability
Excellent communication skills .
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with HRMS systems is a bonus
