Insurance Coordinator (Part-Time) – HBG Medical Centre, Dubai

HBG Medical Centre is looking for a part-time Insurance Coordinator with solid experience in UAE medical coding, insurance approvals, claim submission, and resubmission processes.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Insurance Coordinator
• Location: HBG Medical Centre, Dubai
• Timings: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Work Days: 6 days a week
• Salary: AED 3,000 per month
• Employment Type: Part-Time (Own Visa)

Requirements:

• Must be on own visa (No visa can be provided)
• Minimum 2 years of UAE medical insurance coordination experience
• Strong knowledge of UAE medical coding (ICD, CPT)
• Hands-on experience with insurance approvals, claim submissions, and resubmissions
• Familiar with major TPAs and insurance portals
• Excellent communication, accuracy, and follow-up skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain required approvals prior to services
• Handle claim submission and resubmission in a timely and accurate manner
• Coordinate with doctors, reception, and billing teams for smooth workflow
• Ensure compliance with insurance and coding regulations
• Maintain proper documentation and track pending claims
