Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Organisation: Mukim Ayurvedic Agencies & Clinic
Experience: 1–4 years preferred
Job Type: Full-time, In-office
Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Location: On-site

Key Responsibilities

  • Call new patient leads and follow up on existing enquiries
  • Do outbound calling from provided databases and lead lists
  • Respond to patients on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook & calls
  • Handle appointment booking, rescheduling & follow-ups
  • Greet patients at the reception, manage walk-ins professionally
  • Maintain patient records, registers & daily entries
  • Handle email communication with patients and vendors
  • Do basic accounts checking, billing coordination & record maintenance
  • Maintain daily clinic operations support and front-desk discipline
  • Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service experience

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & Punjabi (English preferred)
  • Comfortable with phone calling, WhatsApp & social media replies
  • Basic computer knowledge: Email, Excel, WhatsApp Web, data entry
  • Polite, confident, presentable and patient-friendly personality
  • Ability to multitask and handle front desk pressure
  • Past experience in clinic, hospital, sales, front office or calling role is a plus
