Medical Laboratory Technician

• Collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) as per protocols.
• Conduct hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and other diagnostic tests as required.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of test results.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
• Adhere to quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures in all tests performed.
• Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with NABL guidelines.
• Follow biosafety and infection control protocols at all times.
• Assist in maintaining stock of laboratory consumables and reagents.
• Coordinate with doctors, phlebotomists, and patients for smooth operations.
• Ensure confidentiality of patient data and reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
• 1–3 years of experience working in a diagnostic lab or hospital laboratory.
• Valid Registration Certificate (mandatory).
• Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
