- Collect, label, and process biological samples (blood, urine, swabs, etc.) as per protocols.
- Conduct hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and other diagnostic tests as required.
- Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting of test results.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Adhere to quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures in all tests performed.
- Maintain laboratory records, reports, and documentation in compliance with NABL guidelines.
- Follow biosafety and infection control protocols at all times.
- Assist in maintaining stock of laboratory consumables and reagents.
- Coordinate with doctors, phlebotomists, and patients for smooth operations.
- Ensure confidentiality of patient data and reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT).
- 1–3 years of experience working in a diagnostic lab or hospital laboratory.
- Valid Registration Certificate (mandatory).
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
