Job Description

Aman Medical & Healthcare is seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Marketing Executive to promote our healthcare staffing, nurse recruitment, and homecare nursing services across hospitals, clinics, and the community.

This role combines field marketing with digital marketing to expand partnerships, generate clients, and grow our healthcare service network in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, clinics, and medical centers to promote nursing recruitment services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers
• Market homecare nursing services to patients, families, and organizations
• Conduct field marketing, presentations, and service introductions
• Manage online marketing activities and social media platforms
• Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
• Support recruitment marketing campaigns for healthcare professionals
• Maintain client records and marketing reports
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of medical marketing experience
• Healthcare or medical marketing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in computer applications and social media platforms
• Fluency in Arabic required
• Valid Qatar Driving License preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
