Medical Office Assistant

Foot Clinic of South Texas is currently seeking a Medical Office Assistant (MA preferred). We are looking for a highly motivated individual that has exceptional customer service skills, enjoys helping others and can multitask. Medical Office Assistant must be bilingual (English and Spanish). The Medical Office Assistant duties include, but are not limited to, greeting patients, confirming eligibility and insurance benefits, EHR chart documentation, taking patients vitals, assisting patients with insurance and privacy forms, assisting with patient care, collecting patient payments, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering the telephone and directing calls to appropriate staff.
