Position Summary
Provides routine services in a collaborative team approach in the Women’s Health Care Center. Works in coordination with Health Care Teams within the Women’s Health Center to provide patient care that follows the “Patient Centered Medical Home” model. Assist the Physician/CNM/NP as required under the direction of the RN Supervisor. Assists in maintaining daily functioning of the Health Care Center according to established policies and procedures. Will be trained to functioning as part of the nursing team and well as part of the front end staff
Educational Requirements/ Qualifications

High School Diploma required.

MOA Certification/ and AAS Degree preferred.

Minimum of one year experience in working in a family practice setting as a receptionist or medical office assistant preferred.

Will be required to take the BLS course.
